This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions between Bestofephesus.com and the guests who use our services to purchase tours and travel services ("You"). This agreement explains how you purchase tours and travel services and specifically limits our liability. Unless otherwise stated, purchases made through this website are subject to these Terms & Conditions; in all booking arrangements, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted these conditions on behalf of the persons named in the booking.

• All products, tours and services offered by BestofEphesus.com are valid as per the dates displayed at BestofEphesus.com. BestofEphesus.com is not responsible or liable for any information that it does not directly provide.

• All requests for modifications/amendments must be directed to the BestofEphesus.com Customer Care Team who will process the request.

• Bestofephesus.com can accept no responsibilities for loss or additional expenses to travellers due to delay or changes in schedule.

Acceptance of Risk

You acknowledge that tours offered on the site may involve a significant amount of personal risk. You hereby assume all such risk and hereby release the BestofEphesus.com and the Tour Guide from all claims and causes of action arising from any damages or injuries or death resulting from these inherent risks.

Prior to tour commencement, the Tour Guide may ask you to sign a participation form, with the following wording:

“I understand this tour (name of tour), involves risks (and rewards) above and beyond those encountered on a more conventional tour. I understand those risks and have provided my Tour Guide with details of any pre-existing medical conditions I may have. I fully assume the risks of travel and fully and forever release and BestofEphesus and all other related, affiliated, associated or otherwise connected corporations, partnerships, individuals and other entities and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any costs (including, without limitation, actual legal costs), claims, demands, actions, causes of action and liabilities whatsoever for any and all losses, damages, death or injuries to persons or loss of property, which may be sustained by me in connection with or in any way relating to this trip, due to any cause or reason whatsoever including, without limitation, the reckless, willful or negligent actions or omissions of the Releasees or any other person or persons"

You are strongly encouraged to obtain suitable medical insurance prior your start to your travel.

Reservation

Please fill out the enquiry form and send us . We will send an e-mail as soon as possible ( in max 12 hours ) with all details about your enquiry. After your confirmation we will send you all meeting details and confirmation form. It is important for you to check the details on the Booking Confirmation as soon as you receive it. In the event of any discrepancy please contact us immediately.

Your booking will be successfully completed only when you receive an e-mail from us with as subject “ Tour Confirmation”.

Payment, Prices

Our rates have to be intended per party, not per person. All payments will be settled at the end of each tour according to quoted rates.

We accept only cash payments in Euro or US Dollars.

Tour Descriptions, Durations and Departure Times

The information provided on this website is designed to help you select the excursions most suited to your interests. The tour descriptions are as current and accurate as possible. Please note that occasionally changes in the descriptions do occur. Some tours will operate in an order that is different from; that presented in the tour descriptions. This helps to alleviate crowding at local venues. The individual tour descriptions include approximate durations and can be found under each tour name. Please note that departure times are subject to change.
